It&#039;s easy to get caught up in all the &quot;chaos&quot; in the world today.  Often I find myself working so hard to keep others happy that I lose connection with my own self.   Taking time out to reconnect with myself and allow for the release of built up stress is necessary in order to stay healthy and happy.
I find that being still, listening to meditative music, and breath work does wonders for my spirit, and I invite everyone to give it a try!

		<description>My partner brought mindfulness to my attention a few months ago when he attended a course. When he explained it to me it seemed so obvious and yet how many of us live in the moment, not many i would think.

I try to be mindful throughout my day. I stop and look at the clouds, the birds. I take deep breaths and focus on the breath. I close my eyes and listen to the wind in the trees or even the sound of the city.

The benefits for reducing stress are many, it stops you in your tracks and allows your body to relax for a few minutes, it quietens the mind and allows you to re focus on what the important things are. I love it and now i try to pass this technique onto my clients who come to me for stress relief advice.</description>
