My doctor’s diagnosis was instant: chronic stress. I was dumbfounded—I had become so accustomed to the mounting daily pressures I hadn’t even realized I was stressed! I hadn’t realized the debilitating effect it was having on my body; my hearing, my energy, not to mention my professional and personal relationships.
It was quite by accident that I connected with sources of skilled professionals that helped with my healing. Actually, I really don’t think these things happen by accident. I have had many synchronous moments and events in my life that led to my path of healing and my life work of helping others in their healing.
It was through the professionals and supportive systems that would take me on my walk to create a healing environment for my transformation.
